The two products

The prospecting agent calls and messages over WhatsApp to generate and qualify leads. The support agent answers WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and the web widget, opens tickets and books appointments.

Both share the same foundation: the Meta setup — business verification, WhatsApp Business and phone numbers — and the OpenAI account. Prospecting adds Twilio, Retell and approved templates.
