Prospecting agent
Summary
The prospecting agent phones the contacts in a campaign, asks about their interest in the catalog, qualifies them as Hot, Warm or Cold and places each one in its pipeline: hot and warm contacts move to Sales with a call report; cold ones move to Remarketing.
In detail
- Someone on the team launches a prospection: target company, goal, catalog, key questions, type (Outbound or Inbound), language and contacts.
- The agent calls within the cadence's time window, in each contact's time zone, and retries if they don't answer.
- In an outbound campaign, the first call probes interest; if there is interest, a second call qualifies. In an inbound one, it qualifies directly.
- Each call leaves the recording, the transcript and the Interest report.
- If the attempts run out with no answer, it can try to recover the contact via WhatsApp with an approved template.
- If Retell runs out of credit, the campaign pauses itself and sends an alert.
To get it running you need: the Prospecting Pipeline module, an AI key, Twilio and Retell credentials, a verified phone line, the voice agents provisioned, a complete agent context, a monthly budget and, to recover via WhatsApp, the WhatsApp prospecting line with an approved template.
