Set up requires access to Settings

Most Set up buttons lead to Settings, which by default only the Owner can open (permission workspace.viewSettings). If someone else clicks Set up and lands back on Home with You don't have permission to access this section., the task belongs to the Owner.

  1. AI key and monthly budget (without them no AI works; the budget is set in Billing).
  2. Agent context.
  3. Catalog (and the brands before importing products).
  4. Channels and knowledge base (support) or voice credentials, line and voice agents (prospecting).
  5. Quote templates.
  6. Calendar.
