What Growtek is
Summary
Growtek is a commercial platform with artificial intelligence agents. A prospecting agent phones your contacts, detects their interest, qualifies them and hands the hot leads to the sales team. A support agent answers customers over WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and the website chat, opens tickets and books appointments.
Around the agents there is a full CRM: clients, catalog, pipelines, quotations with a public link and signature, tickets with SLA, calendar, team and an assistant that answers questions about the platform and about your data.
In detail
Each client company works in its own workspace, with its own data, team and provider keys (OpenAI or Gemini, Twilio, Retell, Meta). Growtek enables the contracted modules in each workspace.
