What you'll achieve

The agent answers prices and availability with real data, and quotations can be built.

Before you start

• The Products, Services and/or Projects modules active.
• The client's catalog in Excel or CSV, or access to their store (Shopify, Ecwid…) to sync it.

Step by step

1. Categories and brands first. In Catalog → Products, create the categories (Categories tab) and the brands (Brands tab). The product import fails if the brand does not exist.
2. Load the items, using the method that applies:
   • Manually: New product, New service, New project.
   • By file: Export to download the template, fill it in and Import. See Import data.
   • By syncing with the store: see Phase 7 · Sync.
3. Assign categories and channels to the imported products (the import does not bring them): bulk action Add to category; sales channels are edited in each product.
4. Fill in the price and image of each active product.

What the agent sees

• Products with their price, stock, description, images and features.
• Services with their price, or "To be quoted" if they are Quote only.
• Projects with their price range, city and location link (it shares it when asked how to get there).

How to verify

In the assistant, Product catalog shows as ready (no warnings about products without a price or without a photo).
