Access and owners
What you will achieve
Know who grants access to each provider and who will be the workspace Owner.
Step by step
Growtek does not use shared keys: each workspace uses its own accounts and pays for its own usage. The accounts belong to the client.

Also:
- Workspace Owner: the person on the client side who will have full control (including Settings). Growtek assigns them, and they receive an email to activate their account.
- Administrators: the people who will manage the team and the operation.

Keys are loaded directly in Settings → Credentials, where they are stored encrypted. Do not share them by chat or email, and do not paste them into a support request.
How to verify
Every row in the table has an owner on the client side.
