What you will achieve

Decide whether there will be syncing and with which system.

Step by step

1. Ask where each piece of data lives today: clients, catalog, distributors.
2. Check whether that system has a connector available: Shopify, Ecwid, Clientify, SIIGO (read-only), Supabase, Google Sheets or a custom API (generic API). HubSpot, Brevo, Bitrix24, SAP, WooCommerce and WordPress are listed as Coming soon.
3. For each module, define the direction: Import (inbound), Export (outbound) or Bidirectional.
4. If there is no connector or it is a one-time load, plan an import.

How to verify

It is defined, per module, whether it is synced (with which connector and direction) or imported. See Phase 7 · Sync.
