Phase 2 · Meta and WhatsApp
What this section covers
When you finish, WhatsApp is connected to Growtek with one number per line (support and/or prospecting), the webhook verified and a test message that came in and went out. Optionally, Messenger, Instagram and Meta Lead Ads too.
Prerequisites
On the Meta side, the client needs a Meta app with WhatsApp, a WhatsApp Business account (WABA) with the number it will use, and an access token with permissions on that account. From there come the four pieces of data Growtek asks for: WABA ID, App ID, Access Token and App Secret.
In Growtek, the corresponding agent must be enabled (Conversations module
for the support line, Prospecting Pipeline for the
prospection line) and you need the permissions integrations.manage (credential) and
agentSettings.provision (channels).
