What you will achieve

Confirm that a real message reaches Growtek and that the agent replies on the same channel.

Before you start

• The line connected with its number.
• A phone with WhatsApp that is not the connected number.

Step by step

1. In Settings → Channels → WhatsApp → Configure, choose the line.
2. In Test message, click Test channel.
3. A Test code appears. From your WhatsApp, send that exact code to the connected number.
4. Wait for the confirmation (Waiting for your message…).

How to verify

Connection verified! We received your test message and replied on the channel. appears and Validation status → Test turns green.

If something fails

If the message does not arrive, click Run diagnostics and check Webhook subscribed and Number verified. See Common Meta errors.
