What you will achieve
Understand what Growtek needs from Meta and where each piece of data goes, before you start.
Before you start
- The agent to be connected enabled in the workspace.
- Admin access to the client's Meta app and WhatsApp Business account.

The pieces and where they go

One app, two lines
The WhatsApp app and the webhook are the same for both agents. What changes is the number: the Support line and the Prospection line each choose their own number, and a number cannot be repeated across lines. Only the lines of enabled agents appear.
The order
- Configure the webhooks in the Meta app.
- Connect the credential.
- Select the numbers.
- Send the test message.
- Optional: Messenger, Instagram and Lead Ads.
How to verify
In Settings → Channels → WhatsApp, Validation status shows Credential, Webhook verified and Test in green.
