What you will achieve

Each agent has its own WhatsApp number.

Before you start

• The WhatsApp credential connected as the WhatsApp app.
• The numbers added to the WhatsApp Business account in Meta.

Step by step

1. In Settings → Channels → WhatsApp → Configure, choose the line in the left panel: Support line or Prospection line.
2. In WhatsApp number for this line, choose the number.
3. Click Connect.
4. Repeat for the other line, if the workspace has both agents.

• Each line needs its own number: one already used on the other line cannot be repeated.
• Only the lines of enabled agents appear (Support requires the conversations and tickets modules; Prospecting, the prospecting pipeline).
• Later you can change it with Update number or remove it with Disconnect.
• Agent active on this channel pauses the agent without losing the configuration.

How to verify

The line shows as connected with its number. Continue with the test message.
