Configure the webhooks

What you will achieve

Meta sends Growtek the messages that arrive at the number.

Before you start

• Permission to view Settings → Channels.

Step by step

1. In Growtek, open Settings → Channels and, in the WhatsApp row, click Configure.
2. Click View webhook setup.
3. Copy the Webhook URL and the Verify token.
4. In the client's Meta app, paste them into the WhatsApp webhook configuration.

There is a single webhook for both WhatsApp lines. Meta Lead Ads has its own webhook, shown in its row in Channels with the same button.

How to verify

• In Validation status, Webhook verified is green.
• In Channel diagnostics, click Run diagnostics: Webhook subscribed must pass.

If something fails

Check that the URL and the token were copied in full, with no spaces. See Common Meta errors.
