Prospecting agent

What this section covers

When you finish, the voice agent can call: Twilio and Retell connected, an outbound line verified and imported to Retell, the voice agents provisioned and the call cadence defined. Optionally, recovery over WhatsApp with an approved template.

Prerequisites

• Prospecting Pipeline module active.
• Phases 2 and 3 closed: WhatsApp (if you'll recover via text) and the AI key with a budget.
• A Twilio account (Account SID and Auth Token) with balance and a number for the outbound line, and a Retell AI account (API Key) with balance.
• Permission integrations.manage.

The path

1. Add the Twilio credentials.
2. Connect Retell.
3. Verify the outbound line's caller ID.
4. Link the number and activate the voice agents.
5. Adjust the Call cadence in AI connections (see Prospecting campaigns).
6. Make a test call.
7. Optional: assign the WhatsApp recovery template.

How to verify it worked

In the assistant, What's missing shows Voice credentials (Retell and Twilio) and Voice agents as ready, and New prospection shows no requirement warnings.
