What this section covers

When the agent runs out of calls without an answer, it can message the contact on WhatsApp. Because it's a message outside the 24 h window, WhatsApp requires an approved template. Here you assign that template to the prospection line and turn on Recover via text.

Prerequisites

• The WhatsApp Prospection line connected (Phase 2).
• An approved template in Meta's template manager, without a media header.
