What you'll achieve​

The agent can recover, over WhatsApp, the contacts who didn't answer.

Before you start​

  • The Prospection line connected.
  • A template approved in Meta.
  • Permissions agentSettings.update and agentSettings.provision.

Step by step​

  1. Open Settings → Channels and, under WhatsApp, click Configure.
  2. Select Prospection line in the left panel.
  3. Under Recovery template (WhatsApp), choose the template (click Refresh if you just created it in Meta).
  4. In Test template — destination number, type a number (with country code, without +) and click Send test.
  5. Turn on Recover via text.

How to verify it worked​

  • Send test tells you whether the message was delivered, and it reaches your phone.
  • The Recover via text switch stays on.
  • When a contact runs out of attempts without answering, their lead shows the Recovery section with the chat.
