| The template doesn't appear in the list | It's still under review, was rejected or was created a moment ago. | Wait for approval in Meta and click Refresh. |
| The template appears but can't be chosen | It has a media header (image, video or document). | Create a version of the template without a media header. |
| Recover via text can't be turned on | No template is chosen. | Choose an approved template first. |
| Send test doesn't deliver | It's usually the number format. | Type it with the country code and without +. |
| The Prospection line doesn't appear | The Prospecting Pipeline module is not active. | Ask Growtek to enable it. |
