What this section covers

Retell is the voice engine: it speaks and listens on the call. In Growtek you connect the account, and Growtek imports the verified Twilio number and provisions the workspace's voice agents.

Prerequisites

The API Key of the client's Retell account, with balance. The Twilio line verified so the agents can be activated.
