Connect Retell in Growtek
What you'll achieve
The prospecting agent uses the client's Retell account.
Before you start
- The Retell API Key.
- Permission
integrations.manage.
Step by step
- Open Settings → Credentials and click Add credential.
- Choose Retell AI, paste the API Key and click Test.
- Click Save.
- Open Settings → AI connections → Prospecting Agent.
- Under Voice, choose the Retell credential.
How to verify it worked
- Test confirms the credential.
- The Voice step shows Done.
- In the assistant, Voice credentials (Retell and Twilio) is ready when both credentials exist.
