Add the credentials in Growtek

What you'll achieve​

Growtek can use the client's Twilio account.

Before you start​

  • Account SID and Auth Token of the Twilio account.
  • Permission integrations.manage.

Step by step​

  1. Open Settings → Credentials and click Add credential.
  2. Choose Twilio.
  3. Fill in Account SID and Auth Token.
  4. Click Test and then Save.
  5. Open Settings → AI connections → Prospecting Agent.
  6. Under Twilio account, click Choose credential and select the Twilio one.

Optional fields of the credential: API Key SID and API Key Secret (fill in both or leave both empty), Termination URI, SIP Trunk SID, SIP Trunk Auth Username and SIP Trunk Auth Password.

How to verify it worked​

  • Test confirms the credential is valid.
  • In AI connections, the Twilio account step shows Done and Phone lines is unlocked.
  • In Credentials → Provider status, Twilio shows its balance.
