What you'll achieve

The number the agent calls from is verified as caller ID and imported to Retell.

Before you start

• The Twilio account step in Done.
• Have the phone for the number to verify at hand (it will receive a call).

Step by step

1. Open Settings → AI connections → Prospecting Agent → Phone lines.
2. Under Outbound line, choose the Country and type the Number.
3. Click Verify number.
4. Twilio calls that number: answer and enter on the keypad the code shown on the screen.
5. Wait for Line verified to appear.
6. Click Test connection on the line.

How to verify it worked

Test connection confirms Twilio account, Caller ID verified and Imported to Retell, and the line says Imported to Retell and ready for outbound calls.
