Decide whether you need to sync or whether importing is enough.
Step by step
You can sync contacts, products, services, projects and distributors, each one separately, with any of these connectors:

Syncing is the better choice when the data changes often in another system (a store's catalog, a CRM's customers) and has to be up to date in Growtek without loading it by hand.
Importing a file is the better choice when it is a one-time or occasional load, or the client's system has no connector: see Import data.
