Blocked
What it is for
Blocked shows the numbers and accounts the workspace has stopped serving. No message from a blocked peer is received or processed and the agent does not reply, so it generates no cost.

Settings → Blocked · app.growtek.io/en/settings/blocked
The screen in detail
Blocked peers: each number with its origin (Automatic, if the system blocked it after detecting an automated assistant, or Manual, if a person blocked it from a conversation) and how many messages were discarded.
What you can do
Unblock
Click Unblock on the one you want to serve again.
Block
Blocking is done from the conversation, with Block and a required reason. See Blocked contacts.
