Billing
What it is for
Billing shows how much the workspace spends on AI (the agents, voice and the assistant) and lets you set a Monthly budget. Each workspace pays for its own usage with its own keys.

The screen in detail
- Spend this month (and what percentage of the budget it represents), Monthly projection, Monthly budget and Conversations (30d).
- Input and output tokens, cache reads and writes, and Cache hit rate.
- Daily trend and By category (chat, embeddings, transcription, web processing).
- Support agent (LLM) and Prospecting agent (Voice): minutes and Cost per call (voice costs are estimates).
- By channel, Top tools and Top conversations breakdowns.
- The AI assistant card (if the assistant is enabled).
What you can do
Set the monthly budget
- In Monthly budget, type the Monthly limit (USD).
- Click Save budget.
Without a budget, AI does not work
Without a monthly budget configured, AI features are blocked (Budget not configured notice). AI usage is blocked when the limit is exceeded.
Set the assistant's budget
- In the AI assistant card, set the Assistant monthly budget (USD, 0 = no cap) and the Questions per user per day.
- Click Save.
The assistant has its own budget, separate from the support and prospecting agents. By default it is 30 questions per user per day. Spend by user this month shows queries, tokens and cost per person.
