Calendar and appointments

Support agent

What it is for

The Calendar brings together the team's appointments: the ones the AI agent schedules with customers and the ones the team creates manually. It is used to see each person's schedule, reschedule and mark how each appointment ended.

How to get there

Sidebar → Attention → Calendar · app.growtek.io/en/calendar

The screen in detail

  • Views: Day, Week (default) and Month.
  • Navigation: Today, Previous / Next.
  • Filters: status and assignee (All agents).
  • New appointment.
  • Appointments scheduled by the AI carry a robot icon.

Appointment statuses: Scheduled, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled and No-show. Scheduled and Confirmed can switch between each other or move to any of the others; Completed, Cancelled and No-show are final.

What you can do

Create an appointment

  1. Click New appointment, or click an empty time slot in the Day or Week view (drag to select a range). In Month, use Create appointment on this day.
  2. Fill in Title, Start and End; optionally Contact, Assignee, Location and Notes.
  3. Click Create appointment.

If the assignee already has an appointment at that time you will see The agent already has an appointment at that time.

Reschedule, edit or change the status

  • To reschedule, drag the appointment to another time slot.
  • From its Actions menu you can Edit, Mark as … another status or Cancel appointment.

Cancelling leaves the appointment in Cancelled status: it does not delete it from the history.

Connect calendars

For the AI to be able to schedule, the workspace must have a connected calendar (Settings → Calendar) and each person who handles appointments can connect their personal calendar in My account.

Required permissions

ActionPermission
View the calendarcalendar.read
View the whole workspace's schedulecalendar.viewAll
Create appointmentscalendar.create
Edit, reschedule or change the statuscalendar.update
Cancelcalendar.delete

Without calendar.viewAll you only see your own appointments.
