AI classification
What it is for
The AI reads what happens with each client (calls, conversations, data) and fills in their profile: tags, segments, lists, company, customer type, qualification and interest. That way the base organizes itself without anyone having to classify by hand.
There is nothing to configure: classification is always on, uses the workspace's AI key (and counts against its budget) and creates any missing tags, segments, lists or companies.
If someone on the team changes a field (in the profile, in a bulk action or through an import) that field counts as a manual decision and the AI no longer overwrites it.

The screen in detail
- In the list, clients with suggestions applied by the AI show a sparkle icon next to their name.
- The Classified by AI metric (top) and the filter of the same name in Filters show only those clients.
- In the contact's profile, Info tab, the Classified by AI block lists each suggestion with its source and date, and the Last classified date.
The possible sources are Manual, AI · prospecting, AI · support and AI · classification.

Frequently asked questions
The AI changed a client's qualification. Revert the suggestion or change the field by hand: from that moment on the AI won't touch it again.
Can I turn off AI classification? Not from the workspace: it is always on. It consumes the workspace's AI key and budget.
