Distributors
What it is for
Distributors stores the company's network of commercial partners: their contact details, their legal documents, the assigned salesperson and whether they are verified. They are organized in lists, just like contacts.

The screen in detail
- Key metrics: Distributors, Active, Verified and No seller.
- Lists panel: All, Unassigned, Trash and your own lists. New list in the header.
- Filters: Department, City, Seller, Verification and Status.
- Views: Table and Cards.
- Export, Import and New distributor.
What you can do
Create a distributor
- Click New distributor. The wizard has 4 steps: Company · Contact · Legal · Commercial.
- Company: Name or legal name, Tax ID, Reference and the Logo.
- Contact: Email, Mobile, landline, Website, Address, Department and City.
- Legal: CIIU code and Documents (legal representative, chamber of commerce certificate, RUT), optional.
- Commercial: the Assigned salesperson, the List (or a new one with New) and Status and verification.
- Click Create distributor.
Only Name or legal name is required.
In Status and verification: Active (inactive ones are hidden by default in the list) and Verified (check it when the legal details have been validated).
Bulk actions
In the Table view, select several and use Move to list, Activate, Deactivate, Mark verified or Move to trash.
Trash
In Trash, Restore brings the distributor back and Delete permanently deletes it (you have to type the name to confirm).
Import and export
- Click Export to download the Excel file; the same file is the template.
- Edit the file: leave the ID empty on new rows and use Action (Create, Update, Delete) if you need to.
- Click Import and follow the steps Upload · Map · Review · Import.
The only required field is the name; duplicates are detected by name (or by ID). See Import templates.
