The interface
What it is for
This page is the map of the app: where each module is and the shortcuts to get there fast.
Each person only sees the modules the workspace has enabled and that they have permission for. If something is missing from the menu, it is not an error: ask your administrator.
The screen in detail
The sidebar
From top to bottom:
- Search (with the shortcut ⌘K / Ctrl K) and the Create button.
- Favorites: the modules you pinned with the star.
- The modules, grouped by intent:

- At the bottom: provider balance alerts, the workspace selector and your user menu.
When you open any module, the menu collapses to icons to make room for the content; on Home it is shown expanded. A dot next to a module means There are updates.
The Create button
Shortcuts to create without navigating: New quote, New contact, New campaign, New ticket and New product (each one appears if you have the module and the create permission).
Global search (⌘K / Ctrl K)
- Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows/Linux), or click Search in the sidebar.
- Type at least 2 letters in Search or type a command….
- Results are grouped into Clients, Quotes, Leads, Products and Tickets.
- Move with ↑ ↓, press Enter to open and Esc to close.
Without typing anything you see Favorites, Quick actions (for example New contact) and Go to, to jump to any screen. Only results from the active modules you can see appear.
The top bar
- The Online status.
- The language selector (ES / EN).
- The Notifications bell, with the number of unread ones (see Notifications).
The user menu
At the bottom of the sidebar:
- Appearance: Light, System or Dark.
- Management: Team, Settings and Test AI (depending on permissions and modules).
- Account: View my account and Sign out.
The assistant
The AI assistant tab on the right edge opens Ask Growtek. See AI assistant.
On mobile
The bottom bar shows up to four modules (in this priority order: Home, Pipelines, Quotes, Conversations, Clients, Tickets). The rest, search and quick actions are under More.
