What it is for​

My account brings together your personal info and the preferences that are yours alone: password, open sessions, your signature for quotes and your personal calendar.

How to get there​

User menu (at the bottom of the sidebar) → View my account · app.growtek.io/en/account

The screen in detail​

  • Personal info: photo, First name, Last name, Phone and Email (read-only).
  • Security: password change and signing out of sessions.
  • Signature: your signature for quotes (if you work with quotes).
  • Your personal calendar: if you have assignment rules.

What you can do​

Edit your info​

In Personal info edit First name, Last name and Phone, or click Change photo (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 2 MB). Click Save changes.

The email cannot be changed from here: contact your administrator.

Change your password​

  1. In Security, click Send password change link.
  2. Confirm with Yes, send the link.
  3. Open the email and follow the link. It expires in 15 minutes.

Sign out of all your sessions​

Sign out everywhere signs you out on all devices, including the current one.

Change the language and the theme​

  • Language: the selector in the top bar (Español / English).
  • Theme: user menu → Appearance (Light, System or Dark).

Create your quote signature​

  1. On the Signature card, click Create signature (or Change).
  2. Draw it or type your name.
  3. Click Save signature.

The signature is used to sign quotes before sending them. Changing it does not alter quotes you already signed. Delete removes it, after confirming.

Connect your personal calendar​

If you have assignment rules, Your personal calendar lets you connect your Google Calendar or Outlook so the system schedules within your availability. Disconnect removes it.
