Prospecting metrics
What it is for
This page gathers where to look at the prospecting numbers: how many contacts were called, how many answered, how many ended up hot, what the sales team thinks of those leads and how much the voice costs.

The screen in detail
In the campaign list
Each campaign shows its phase and N of M contacted, # interested and # hot.
In the campaign panel
- Contacts, Contacted and Hot.
- Call coverage: Called, Answered, Queued, Retrying, Not contactable and Failed, with the failure reasons.
- Sales feedback: Average usefulness (from 1 to 5), What needs the most improvement, What works best and Latest from sales. It is fed by the feedback the team leaves on each lead.
- Associated contacts, with each one's signal.
In Billing
The Prospecting agent (Voice) card shows the minutes and the Cost per call. Voice costs are estimates.
What you can do
- Compare campaigns from the Prospections view.
- Ask the assistant for a report, for example "How are my ongoing prospections doing?" or "What objections come up in the calls of my latest prospection?" (requires the assistant reports permission).
