Sales pipeline

Both products

What it is for

The Sales pipeline is the board where the sales team works each opportunity, from the moment it is detected until it is won or lost. It receives the hot and warm leads qualified by the prospecting agent and also those the team creates manually.

How to get there

Sidebar → Sales → Pipelines → Sales tab · app.growtek.io/en/pipelines/sales

Pipelines has four tabs: Prospecting, Sales, Remarketing and Post-sales. Only the ones for the modules active in the workspace appear.

The screen in detail

  1. Views: Board (columns by stage) or List.
  2. Search (name, email, phone or company) and Filters: Sales rep (Everyone, My leads, Unassigned or a member), Rating, Channel, Campaign and Created between.
  3. New lead.
  4. Lead card: name, company, rating, how long it has been in the stage (Entered today / N days here; it turns amber at 7 days and red at 14), the next action (a call or a quote with its status and close probability), the sales rep (or Unassigned), the channel and the campaign. Shortcuts: Call, Message on WhatsApp, Assign sales rep and More actions (Open lead, Move to…).
  5. Quick panel: when you click a card, it shows the stage, the sales rep, the Latest that happened and the Open lead, Move to… and AI call buttons.

What you can do

Move a lead to another stage

  1. Drag the card to the next column, or open More actions on the card and choose Move to….
  2. If the stage requires data, complete the wizard (Feedback, Proposal/Products/Prices or Loss reason).
  3. Click Confirm and move.

You can also move it from the lead detail, by clicking the next stage in the header's stage bar.

  • Leads advance one stage at a time and cannot go back.
  • Closed-Lost and Not Contacted can be reached from any stage.
  • To move to Proposal Sent you must send the quote first; otherwise, Send the quote first appears.
  • With several leads selected, the bottom bar lets you Assign to… and Move to… in bulk.
The quote moves the lead on its own

Creating, sending, receiving a change request, accepting or rejecting a quote moves the lead automatically (see Quotations).

Mark a deal as won or lost

  1. Open the lead (Open lead).
  2. In the header, next to the stage bar, click Won or Lost.
  3. If the stage requires it (for example the Loss reason), complete the wizard and click Confirm and move.

The header shows Deal won or Deal lost. Won is only enabled from Negotiation; Lost, from any stage. You can also drag the card to Closed-Won or Closed-Lost.

Create a lead manually

  1. Click New lead.
  2. Contact: choose an existing contact or click Create new contact. Click Next.
  3. Details: choose the Initial stage and, if you want, the Qualification and the Interest (products, services or projects).
  4. Click Create lead.

If the contact had recent activity, you are asked to confirm with Create anyway.

Work the lead detail

See Leads: activity, interest report, recovery, quote, data and feedback to the AI.

FAQ

I can't move the lead to Proposal Sent. First send the quote to the client from Quotes.

I moved a lead by mistake, how do I move it back? You cannot go back a stage. If the deal is not moving forward, mark it as Lost (or Not Contacted).
